Nicholas Davies
CEO
Nick is a senior lawyer and strategic advisor with over 20 years of international experience across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and CIS regions. He is qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, and the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI), and has held senior positions at leading Magic Circle and global law firms in London, Moscow, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
Nick is the Managing Partner of SBL International, headquartered in Dubai with an office opening in Hong Kong, and Co-Founder of Sandrock Capital, an investment firm focused on venture capital fundraising and niche opportunities within the sports and arts sectors. In addition to his legal and investment work, he is also Co-Founder and Director of UpBright Global, a mindset coaching business. Nick brings a wealth of commercial, legal, and strategic expertise to Forza, alongside a global perspective shaped by his diverse career and international network.
Anoush is a senior people, performance and human development professional, and a Co-founder and Director of People & Performance at Forza Sports Management.
With over 15 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, she brings a rare combination of psychological depth, coaching expertise and real-world understanding of high-performance environments.
Anoush leads the design and implementation of Forza’s integrated mindset and performance framework: a structured, evidence-informed model that supports athletes, parents and coaches across the group’s global academy platform.
Drawing on her work in clinical psychology, emotional intelligence and long-term athlete development, she has built a scalable approach to holistic performance that operates across Forza’s environments in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.
She is also the Founder of UpBright Global, a boutique coaching and training practice serving corporate, educational and private family clients across Hong Kong and the UAE.
She holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, a Master of Counselling from Monash University, and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with additional qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and emotional intelligence.

Lee Tsang

A UEFA A Licence coach, Lee is a sports leader with over 12 years of international experience across coaching, education, and football operations, specialising in Sports Directorship. He has worked across Ireland, Australia, Hong Kong, Finland, and the UAE, holding senior leadership roles in both academy and first-team environments.
Most recently, he served as Director of Sport at the Youth Football League (YFL), the largest youth league in the GCC, overseeing football operations and governance for over 10,000 players and 500+ teams. Lee previously spent four and a half years as Head of Football at Harrow International School Hong Kong, leading a high-performance programme for over 1,000 students. He currently leads the global sporting operations and investment strategy at Forza Sports Management, overseeing the development and alignment of projects across multiple regions. He holds a degree in Sports Coaching & Development and is currently completing a Master’s in Sports Directorship, bringing a modern, strategic approach to building, governing, and scaling football organisations.
A UEFA B Licence coach, Luca is a football professional with over 10 years of coaching and leadership experience across multiple international environments. His career has taken him across Italy, Morocco, the USA, Mexico, and the UAE, and he is proficient in Italian, English, and French. Most recently, he served as Academy Director at Desert Falcon FC in Dubai, following his role as Head of Coaching where he led a team of 12 coaches and oversaw one of the most successful periods in the club’s history, securing 12 honours across multiple age groups during the 2023–24 season.
Prior to this, Luca was part of the Juventus Academy project from 2019 to 2023, working both in Italy and internationally, including leading the Casablanca project in Morocco and later serving as Head Coach of the Dubai Academy. Before transitioning into coaching, Luca had a strong playing career as a striker, developing within the prestigious Pro Vercelli academy and progressing to the professional third division following a fourth division title win with Valle d’Aosta. He currently leads the technical direction across all Forza projects, overseeing coaching methodology, player development frameworks, and the alignment of high-performance standards across the organisation.

A Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of commercial experience, Peter has built a career specialising in developing businesses, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across new and emerging markets. His expertise spans international expansion, strategic development, and operational leadership, with a strong track record of successfully establishing and scaling businesses in regions including India and, more recently, across Asia.
For the past 11 years, Peter has been based in Hong Kong, where he has played a key role in expanding business operations across the region, leveraging his deep market knowledge and extensive network. His experience combines commercial acumen with a practical, hands-on approach to business growth, making him a valuable strategic contributor across multiple sectors.
